CORPORATE COOPERATION APPLICATION

Privacy Notice Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), PSİKOHELP BİLİŞİM DANIŞMANLIK EĞİTİM HİZMETLERİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“PsikoHelp”), acting as the data controller, processes the personal data provided to us in connection with corporate cooperation applications in accordance with the principles and conditions set forth below.

1. Personal Data Processed

In connection with a corporate cooperation application, the following personal data relating to the authorized representative, employee, or contact person of the applicant organization may be processed:

• Full name,

• Position/title,

• Telephone number,

• Email address,

• Organization/company information,

• Messages, requests, statements, and explanations submitted to us in connection with the application and related communications,

• Any other information voluntarily provided by the relevant individual for the purpose of evaluating the cooperation request.

Information relating solely to a legal entity, such as the company/organization name, tax identification number, and similar corporate information, shall not constitute personal data to the extent that such information cannot be associated with an identified or identifiable natural person.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The personal data concerned may be processed for the following purposes:

• Receiving, reviewing, and evaluating corporate cooperation applications,

• Communicating with the applicant or the authorized representative of the organization,

• Evaluating the requested services and potential cooperation models,

• Conducting proposal, meeting, negotiation, and communication processes,

• Managing contractual and operational processes if a business relationship is established,

• Fulfilling applicable legal obligations and, where necessary, establishing, exercising, or protecting legal rights.

Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the applicable personal data processing conditions stipulated under the KVKK.

3. Method of Collection of Personal Data

Personal data may be collected electronically or physically through corporate application and contact forms available on the PsikoHelp website, email, telephone communications, online meetings, and other communication channels through which the applicant contacts or interacts with PsikoHelp.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Personal data may be transferred, solely to the extent necessary for the purposes for which it is processed and in accordance with applicable legislation, to PsikoHelp's authorized service providers, information technology and infrastructure providers, legal and financial advisors, and legally authorized public institutions and authorities.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to inquire whether their personal data has been processed, request information regarding such processing, request the correction or deletion of their personal data where the applicable legal conditions are met, and exercise any other rights granted to them under the KVKK.

By submitting the corporate cooperation application form, the applicant acknowledges and declares that they have read this Privacy Notice and have been duly informed regarding the processing of their personal data.

EXPLICIT CONSENT DECLARATION

I hereby declare that I have been duly informed regarding the processing, storage, and, where permitted by applicable legislation, sharing with necessary service providers of the personal data that I voluntarily provide to PsikoHelp in connection with my corporate cooperation application and for which explicit consent is required under the KVKK, for the purposes of evaluating my application, communicating with me and/or the organization I represent, and conducting the requested cooperation process.

I further declare that I have been informed that explicit consent must relate to a specific matter, be based on adequate information, and be given freely. I hereby provide this explicit consent voluntarily, of my own free will, without any pressure, coercion, or undue influence.
